Andrew D. “Andy” Heaton
Andrew Heaton is a veteran technology executive, international businessman, and humanitarian innovator with over 20 years of experience across five continents. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Tekniam, LLC, Heaton leads an elite team of Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) professionals in developing mission-critical communications and Counter-UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) technologies. He is the co-inventor of the Remote Universal Communications System (RUCS), a portable, scalable broadband solution designed to provide resilient connectivity for military missions, disaster relief, and first responders in the world’s most challenging environments.
Expanding his footprint in the aerospace sector, Heaton serves as a Strategic Advisor to Complete Aerospace Solutions (CAEROS), a subsidiary of the defense conglomerate Complete Financial Solutions, Inc. (CFSU). In this capacity, he advises on emerging communications technology, international strategy, and remote infrastructure to accelerate innovation for both government and commercial aerospace sectors. His professional network includes high-level partnerships with Rivada Space Networks, where he integrated the "OuterNET" low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation into Tekniam’s global connectivity systems.
Heaton’s career is defined by a commitment to bridging the digital divide, a mission born during a humanitarian operation in Venezuela.
